This letter is to confirm your rental of the property at ABC address (Home #__) in Sanibel, Florida.

Rental Period:
3 PM Saturday, Month & Date, 2003 check-in through
10 AM Saturday, Month & Date, 2003 check-out

This example shows a 1 month in-season rental period at $6,500 per month
Payments:
1. Reservation Payment - required to hold the reservation

** $3250 first half of one month's in season rent

The $500 Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of leaving, less any damages or repairs.

Owner pays all utility costs. However, renters are responsible for their own long distance phone charges.
To make long distance phone calls, please call collect, or use a phone calling card.

If you cancel this reservation more than 60 days prior to the visit, all prepaid amounts will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 60 days prior to the visit, prepaid amounts will be retained, unless the home is re-rented for the same rate and time period.
